Meet Our Mental Health Navigator Team

We are pleased to announce that our ‘Chatty Café’ Scheme as expanded so that we can support two different areas of Tunbridge Wells.

You can now meet Sophie and Louise, our Mental Health Navigators, at Number One Community Centre (The Family Tea Café on Rowan Tree Road) on the first Wednesday of each month 12pm to 2pm and at Charlie’s Angels Kitchen on 86 Camden Road on the last Wednesday of each month 12pm to 2pm.

Our Primary Care Network Mental Health Navigators are regularly in attendance and are there to support patients registered at the Tunbridge Wells GP Practices to attend. Our aim is to encourage people to talk to others, help to lift your mood, and support you feel less lonely or isolated. Come and enjoy a coffee and chat with others, whether it be 5 minutes or an hour. There is no agenda or topics to these sessions.

If you would like to meet with a Mental Health Navigator prior to attending or have any questions you can self-refer to the service by visiting our Mental Health Support page
