Digital Front Door Project - Anima

Tunbridge Wells PCN, in partnership with West Kent Health and Care Partnership are proud to have been awarded a recognition for excellence for the Digital Front Door Project - Anima by Healthwatch Kent.

In the early part of January 2024 all eight practices within Tunbridge Wells PCN migrated to Anima as the online consultation tool of choice. As our digital front door, Anima is the appointment booking system used for all patients registered with one of our member practices.

The Digital Front Door, ANIMA, is a key component of the West Kent Health and Care Partnership's strategy to enhance the efficiency and accessibility of GP healthcare services within the Tunbridge Wells Primary Care Network (PCN). This initiative, evaluated by Healthwatch Kent in collaboration with the West Kent Health and Care Partnership, aims to streamline patient demand management and improve access to GP services.
