Tunbridge Wells PCN website does not currently collect any data.

As data controllers, GPs have fair processing responsibilities under the Data Protection Act and GDPR law 2018. This means ensuring that your personal confidential data (PCD) is handled in ways that are safe, transparent and what you would reasonably expect.

In the course of their day to day work, PCN staff will have access to patient data and will use this data as outlined above and in accordance with Data Protection policies of our member practices, which can be found on each of our member practice websites, and that of our GP Federation, West Kent Primary Care, on their website using the following link, West Kent Primary Care, Privacy Notice.
